Oil is a mixture of several glycerides. The process of separating the oil into different triglyceride components at a certain temperature is called fractionation. Dry fractionation, solvent fractionation, and detergent fractionation are the 3 type of techniques in this area.

Oil fractionation is a physical modification process that does not use expensive or dangerous chemical reagents, no by-products of chemical reactions, no losses, and no effluents.

Our new fractionation technology, using advanced crystallization equipment, filtration press technology and precise automatic temperature control software, is a Chinese A-CLASS product, especially suitable for palm oil fractionation, which can obtain palm oil products with different melting points such as 8℃, 10℃, 14℃, 18℃, 24℃, 33℃, 44℃ and 55℃.

The filtration method is also changed by controlling parameters such as crystallization rate, crystallization temperature and crystal raising time.

This process is also suitable for the fractionation of cottonseeds oil and animal oils. It greatly improves the value of the oil and increases the economic benefits for customers.
